How It Works
By doing your event at the Crest, it is immediately associated with quality atmosphere and service. The Crest hosts hundreds of events each year, including movies, video presentations, concerts, conferences, lectures, conventions, and even weddings. It is this experience that makes the most of your special event. From "first-time" coordinators to experienced event promoters, the Crest consistently receives high praise for the quality of it's staff and support services. The Crest management can put you in touch with the services and people you need to insure a memorable and enjoyable event. Our friendly, dedicated staff is unlike any other you are likely to find elsewhere. Please call the theatre for a theatre rental application.

Publicity
The Crest is a high visibility venue. There is publicity for it in many publications and on radio on a regular basis. Additionally, the Crest receives a considerable amount of word of mouth promotion. The also sends a weekly e-mail to our patron subscribers. Your event will be included in our weekly update beginning a minimum of two weeks prior to your event. A media mailing list is also available (ask for pricing).

Tech Support
The technical support the Crest can provide is exceptional. A complete list of specifications can be found in this web site. Using in-house services can often reduce your theatre rental charges due to less time required in the building for loading and set-up. You are only charged for the services your event requires, making your event more cost effective at the Crest. If your event requires something not listed in our house specifications, please contact us so that we can direct you to qualified companies that can provide video projection, AV and other services. Because we want your event to be a success, as well as the continued reputation of the Crest, we may evaluate the technical requirements of your event and establish minimum production values.

Catering
For private events, social gatherings and receptions, the Crest can provide a "hosted" snack bar or beer and wine bar. If you wish, you may have your event catered by the caterer of your choice (food and non-alcoholic beverages only). The Crest is licensed for beer and wine and must provide and serve any alcoholic beverages. Please speak with a theatre representative for more details.

Pricing
Our policy of pricing, developed over the years, is that the fees charged are based on your event's specific needs. We feel that it is more fair to charge for what is actually needed than to include everything in a higher base rent, regardless of need. The charges for the use of the Crest are based on a flat "base rate" for the first 4 hours plus an hourly charge for all additional hours. The time runs from setup through break down.  (GO!)

Tickets
Please inquire with theatre representative for Box Office information and arrangements.

Multiple Shows
It is possible to expand the Crest's capacity for concerts by doing two (or more) shows in the same day, for example 7 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. The fee for each additional show is 50% of the first show costs.
